It's one of the most common questions I get asked when working with clients: "I have bad knees, and I can't do squats or lunges or any jumping around... so what CAN I do?"
If you suffer from general knee pain or arthritis, the key is to be consistent with a stretching and exercise routine that will not only keep the supporting muscles loose, but also strengthen them.
In the video below I walk you through a routine that, if you do 3-4x a week consistently, you will notice a great reduction in pain and better range of motion. You will be able to slowly start working out again, doing those exercises you thought you'd never be able to do!
Don't let knee pain keep you from being active. Check out the video below and implement it weekly!
